In a fit of rage, Kristi Noem, our United States Secretary of Homeland Security shoots and kills her 8 month old German shepherd puppy for “messing” on the carpet. Using her 9mm service pistol she shot it once in the head and once in the chest just to “make sure”. No charges have been filed.
